We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry. Once an order is submitted to officialkollection.com we will not be able to make any changes. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. Please be sure that all details in your order are correct before submitting your order for processing.

Should you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving item, along with images at wecare@officialkollection.com

Handbag Return Policy

  • We accept returns on handbags in original condition with all tags still attached. Returns must be post marked within 14 days from your delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in original condition.
  • Item(s) returned to us used, washed, damaged or late will not be accepted and will require for you to pay the postage for it to be returned back to you. Please email us at wecare@officialkollection.com or click the contact us link on our website regarding any other questions. 

  • Merchandise that is discounted on sale 30% off or greater, or marked “final sale" is not eligible for refund or exchange. 

  • We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at wecare@officialkollection.com, email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault. 

  • We will issue your refund within 3-5 business days once we receive your return package. Please note the initial shipping cost is not included in the refund amount. The time frame for your refund to post to your bank account is based on your financial institution. You may contact your bank regarding specific time frames.
