RETURNS

We currently do not accept any returns on jewelry. All earrings are final sale for sanitary reasons. If an item needs to be exchanged for another size please contact us within 7 business days of delivery for you to be able to return the item for store credit so you may repurchase another size online. Please be sure to measure for the appropriate fit and read all details in the product description before purchasing. 

Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. Should you have any concerns, please contact us within a week of receiving the order here or send us an email along with images at contactus@officialkollection.com so we may further assist you.
