We are still shipping out orders on time and doing business as usual. However due to COVID-19 there may be slight delays with delivery. At this time international shipping has temporarily been suspended.  We want you guys to know we are making sure all of our processing and deliveries are as safe as possible. We thank you guys for your patience and support.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Any orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Your order will be shipped once the processing time mentioned has been completed.

We offer First Class Mail and Priority Mail with USPS. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and destination for delivery. The rates and delivery times will be available at check out for your own selection.

* We are not responsible for packages once they are shown to be delivered by the courier, unless your order is damaged or you received the wrong item. We do have an option checkout to pay for shipping with a signature requirement at an additional cost if needed. *

    2. Priority Mail | 2-3 Business Days $7.75 (Includes Insurance)
    3. Signature Requirement First Class Mail $6.65
    4. Signature Requirement Priority Mail $10.40 (Includes Insurance)

    •  International Shipping : Select your delivery time + shipping method at check out.

    • Pre-Orders: Custom made items will be listed Pre-Order in the product description. Pre-Ordered items will be delivered within 3-5 weeks. This will be listed in bold in product description if applicable.


    • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost of stolen items once declared " Delivered" by the delivery service. In a rare case that an item is lost or stolen once its declared as delivered , the consumer will need to file the necessary claim with the delivering carrier. 
    • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is shipped and is found undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address given or incomplete/insufficient information, once the item is received back to us the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to reship the order. 

      If the reship fee is not paid a refund will be given excluding the cost of the shipping fee.

      • All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
